Last week, the AI Asia Pacific Institute was honoured to be part of a powerful and timely conversation on the future of talent in an AI-driven world. In partnership with CFTE – Centre for Finance, Technology and Entrepreneurship and DIFC Academy, we co-hosted an exclusive executive session titled “Reimagining Talent and Learning in the Age of AI” .
This inspiring session brought together senior leaders, HR professionals, and policymakers to explore how organisations can adapt and thrive in the intelligent era.
Key Highlights
- Emma Johnson, Board Advisor at AI Asia Pacific Institute, joined a stellar panel alongside HE Saeed Al Dhaheri, Yasmin Al Enazi, and Huy Nguyen Trieu, author of The AI-fication of Jobs. Together, they unpacked strategies to develop AI-supercharged talent and the essential need for lifelong learning.
- Huy Nguyen Trieu introduced the Performance Hexagon framework and shared a preview of the upcoming AI-fication of Talents report—launching next week!
- The panel was expertly moderated by Maryam Ahmad Noor, sparking rich dialogue around embedding future literacy into education, starting AI literacy early, and prioritising values-driven innovation over speed alone.

We’re also grateful to Rhoda Martinez-Re for the opening remarks, and to the many dedicated organisers from DIFC Academy and CFTE Middle East who made this event seamless and impactful.
Why This Matters
As AI transforms industries and reshapes job roles, the question is no longer if we need to change how we learn and work—but how. At the AI Asia Pacific Institute, we’re committed to working closely with governments, educators, and industry leaders to promote responsible AI adoption and ensure inclusive access to future-ready skills.
Let’s keep the conversation going and build a future where talent, technology, and ethics go hand in hand.
