Internship Opportunities

Are you passionate about the governance of artificial intelligence?

Join us for our quarterly internship openings, starting in January, with subsequent opportunities in April, July, and October.

While pursuing my master’s at the London School of Economics, I had the opportunity to take on significant responsibilities from the start during my internship with the AI Asia Pacific Institute (AIAPI).

I contributed to drafting research reports on AI governance, interviewed regional experts, and collaborated on projects with organisations like NetSafe in New Zealand. This hands-on experience gave me valuable insights into AI governance, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region.

AIAPI’s leadership also allowed me the freedom to explore my career path, connecting me with key stakeholders in government, industry, and academia. This directly helped me secure an AI-related position upon my return home. For anyone passionate about AI’s impact on the future, I highly recommend this experience.”
